Piano & keyboard lessons in Stithians
Call 01326-741-270 if you are interested in booking lessons.
If you are searching for piano & keyboard lessons in Stithians, the music school is first a ten minute drive away to Asda roundabout outside Penryn, then only five more minutes of driving before you have arrived!
Continue on the bypass to the roundabout with the canon and anchor on it, (Hillhead Roundabout) where you must turn right towards Falmouth.
You will go straight over one more large roundabout and go down the hill past the football club.
You will see many signs approaching, take the second left entrance into Tregoniggie Industrial Estate, you may see a small brown music school sign on this junction.
Follow the road to the bottom, around to the right, continue past the garages, around to the right again and take turning left just after the boat storage park. There is a sign on the gate and we are at the rear of the building.
Offering an alternative solution to one to one lessons, the facilities enable multiple students to play privately and not be heard by their class mates whilst practicing in the classroom.
The teacher is able to hear and monitor each student individually.
The wireless listening equipment used in the classroom for teaching purposes is a great way of maintaining contact with the class without the teacher seeming too overbearing for the students.
Piano’s used at the music school are digital pianos recognised by the Royal College of Music as being of suitable quality to provide the authentic representation of an acoustic instrument.
As these are electronic instruments, headphones may be used thus keeping the students in privacy while learning to read music.
We also have a Reid Sohn Grand Piano and a Knight Upright Piano.
Kernow Music School has been established in the area for 9 years, it has over 200 ABRSM Passes, Merits and Distinctions to it’s name.
Kernow Music School has a thriving community of musicians of all ages who come through it’s doors on a weekly basis for lessons on piano, guitar, violin, cello, flute, saxophone.
Adjacent to the music school teaching room is a private recording studio offering lessons on drums and bass guitar.
Many people start lessons with a keyboard at home and get a piano at a later stage of learning to play.
