If you do have to make a cancellation please call at least 24 hours before your lesson ! 

If your call is logged at least a day before then there will be no charge for your lesson.

Students are entitled to six free cancellations a year after which you will be charged for absent classes.

All calls to the music school answerphone must include:- 

Full name of student cancelling the lesson, name of the teacher & time and day which you are referring to.

Please speak very slowly and clearly when leaving a message for at the school 

We often have messages which make absolutely no sense at all...

For example...."Hi, I won't be able to come today, I'm ill......Goodbye" 

Please remember that regular attendance is vital.

If you are serious about achieving in music you must remain focused about your goals

If you make this a priority then you can expect regular progress.

A music school is for the students who do want to succeed.
